Al-Muhibbah To Ensure Smooth Academic Activities

The Al-Muhibbah Open University in Abuja is to commence of academic programmes for the 2023/2024 academic session.

Registrar of the university, Muslim Maigari, announced the take-off of the academic programmes while addressing newsmen at the end of the institution’s management meeting held in Abuja.

The institution is among the four private universities recently licensed by the National Universities Commission (NUC) to operate open and distance learning in Nigeria.

Maigari said the university is ready with well-motivated staff and tutors to give prospective students a unique experience.

He listed some of the approved programmes to include business administration, economics, accounting, international relations, Marketing, project management, and entrepreneurship.

Others according to him are computer science, cyber security, software engineering, public health, nursing, science, data science and analytics, and healthcare and hospital management.

The registrar assured the public and prospective students of a smooth and hitch-free academic session adding that the management of the University has put all the needed resources both human and materials in place to ensure smooth academic activities on the main campuses in Abuja and Bauchi.
