Shun Evil, Violence @Easter- Rev Nyashi To Christians

Nigerians have been enjoined to use the occasion of this year’s Easter to shun all forms of violence and evil.

Reverend William Nyashi of ECWA Worship Centre Kaura, Abuja, gave the charge in a good will message to commemorate this year’s Easter.

Reverend William Nyashi stressed that Easter is not a one-off but a lifetime affair for all Christians.

The cleric noted that the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the death portrays not only victory of good over evil but the assurance that all forms of wickedness and evil have an expiry date.

He therefore called on all Christians to submit to the Lordship of Jesus ,live like Him, and be courageous in the face of the prevailing circumstances so they can reign in life with Him and enjoy the peace of God in all aspects of life.
