Member Representating Ndoka/ Ukwuani Federal Constituency, Mr. Nnamdi Ezechi has expressed his unwavering commitment to development and transformation of the Ndokwa nation.
Mr. Ezechi who stated this during the inauguration of the Azunze market in Kwale emphasized that the project is just the first step towards attracting further development to his Federal Constituency.
He explained that the project was facilitated through the Nigeria Building and Road Research Institute.
The Lawmaker while addressing the youth of Ndokwa, assured them that there are tremendous opportunities awaiting them.
He expressed his gratitude to the State Governor, Mr. Sheriff Oborevwori for his support for the Ndokwa people and pledged increased assistance for the governor’s administration.
In his remarks, the State Governor who was representated by his Deputy, Sir Monday Onyeme expressed confidence in the capabilities of the current elected and appointed leaders in the state to deliver on their promises.
The Governor highlighted how the last general election in the state produced grassroots-oriented leaders who were carefully selected by the ruling Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
He specifically praised Ezechi for his remarkable track record of accomplishments prior to his tenure in the National Assembly.
Governor Oborevwori urged future traders in the market to adopt a culture of maintenance to expedite its growth and expansion.
He described the market as a vital component of his administration’s ‘MORE’ agenda.
Sir Onyeme, representing the Governor, also attended the donation of relief materials to the victims affected by last year’s floods and recent disasters in Obiaruku, Ndokwa East, Ndokwa West, and Ukwuani local government areas.
The member Representating Ndokwa/ Ukwuani Federal Constituency, Mr Nnamdi Ezechi was commended for his compassionate support to the Ndokwa/Ukwuani Federal Constituency and the entire Delta State.
The relief items provided by Ezechi included rice, beans, groundnut oil, seasoning spices, mosquito nets
mattresses, blankets
zinc, cement, and various other essential items.
