Two people are said to have died in a Two storey building plaza that collapsed in Lagos Street, Garki Village.
Confirming the development to journalists in Abuja, the Director General of Federal Emergency Management Agency, Dr Abbass Idriss said thirty Seven person have so far been rescued with two people dead.
According to him, the affected persons have been evacuated to various medical facilities.
The DG commended the efforts of all stakeholders working hard manually to rescue trapped persons, including members of the community.
He explained that rescue mission is ongoing while they await the arrival of an equipment to enhance the operations.
