Minister Of Water Resources Promises Sustainable Water Supply

The Minister of Water Resources and Sanitation, Prof. Joseph Utsev has promised availability of portable water to all Nigerians.

Prof. Utsev stated this while assuming office alongside the Minister of State, Mr. Bello Goronyo in Abuja.

He promised to fulfil the present Administration’s Renewed Hope agenda by also ensuring effective Sanitation for Nigerians.

“We will settle down immediately to administer the mandate of President Bola Tinubu to improve the Economy of the country” he added.

Prof. Utsev pledged readiness to create a conducive environment for effective service delivery.

On his part, the Minister of State, Mr. Bello Goronyo pledged his loyalty to the minister and all Staff of the Ministry to ensure sustainable Water supply for the Citizens.

Earlier in her address of welcome, the Permanent Secretary, Dame Didi Walson-Jack promised to support the ministers towards achieving a more viable Water and Sanitation sector for the nation.
