The Lawmaker was captured by cameramen going into the chambers wearing a T-shirt, jeans trousers and slipper.

Though his identity is not yet known the lawmaker did not only contravene the dress code for legislators during plenary but came in two hours into the plenary session.
The Lawmaker is obviously a new horn.
