The Senior Pastor of First Baptist Church Garki Abuja, Reverend Tom Takpatore has stressed the need for Nigerians to look unto God for solutions to the challenges in the country.
Reverend Tom Takpatore who made the call at the end of the annual Twenty-One day fasting and prayer of the church, said God will surely listen and answer if Nigerians truly call upon him.
The cleric stressed that God has a special interest in the affairs of the country, hence the need for Christians not to relent in seeking his face no matter the situation.
Reverend Tom Takpatore however stressed the need for those in authority to come up with measures to alleviate the effects of the current economic impact on citizens.
According to him, it is very difficult for ordinary citizens to make ends meet as the cost of living is high.
The President, Women Missionary Union, Deaconnes Abiola Ojo said the Twenty one day fasting and Prayers brought all members of the church together to pray for each family, particularly homes that are passing through challenges.
Deaconess Abiola Ojo testified that many members that were in bondage of sickness, debts, and other challenges received breakthrough during the annual program.
The Service also featured a special prayer session for the country.
