He explained that the private vehicle involved in the accident stopped at Berger to pick a passenger when an unknown person entered his vehicle and dragged the vehicle down to Banex, where the incident occurred.
According to him, all officials of licensed operators in the territory are usually identified with their jackets and proper identity cards .
He said no staff of licensed operators in which he is the secretary in the FCT would engage in activities inimical to the rules guiding operations of the transport system.
According to him, licensed transport taxi Operators have rules and regulations regulating their activities.
