Address Moral Decadence – Rev Takpatore Urges Religious Leade

The Senior Pastor, First Baptist Church Garki Abuja, Reverend Tom Takpatore has called on Religious leaders to come up with programs to address moral decadence and Social vices in the country.

Reverend Takpatore who gave the advice during the induction service of Two Associate Pastors of the church said church leaders have a great role to play for development of the country.

He also called on parents to carry out their responsibilities in monitoring the activities of their children beyond the home.

The Guest preacher, Reverend Daniel Ogundayo urged the newly inducted pastors to carry out their assignments diligently as God would supply the needed Grace and strength to be good shepherds.

Reverend Ogundayo in his sermon tilted ‘Be example of good leaders’ emphasized the need for their spouses to remain steadfast and ready to make sacrifices for the spiritual growth of the youths and teenage ministries.

Responding, one of the inductees, Reverend Emmanuel Ayanleye pledged that with the help of God, there will be great transformation and spiritual development among the teenagers and youths of the Church.

He appealed to the congregation to always support them with prayers for the success of their ministries.
