Kogi Works Commissioner Assures Speedy Completion Of Road Projects

Kogi State Commissioner for Works, Mohammed Ahovi Yusuf has expressed satisfaction with the quality of work done so far on the zone eight round about through Crusher road and the Barracks – Zango junction dual carriageway.

The Commissioner who stated this while inspecting the project in Lokoja, commended the construction company handling the job and urged them to keep up the good work.

Alhaji Yusuf also appreciated the state governor, Alhaji Usman Ododo for giving prompt attention to all ongoing road projects in the state and for releasing funds to expedite the projects.

The Commissioner who regretted the recent security challenge in the state, re – assured the contractors that more security measures were being put in place to prevent a recurrence.

Responding, the site manager of the construction company, Hu Jinming appreciated the state government for the cooperation given them and promised to sustain the tempo of the quality job to the end of the project.
