The statement says the decision to revoke the provisional sub-lease offer is as a result of the violation of specific clauses within the lease agreement.

These clauses pertain to default in payment as well as restrictions on transfer, assignment, disposal, and property improvements during the subsistence of the transaction.

It is important to note that failure to adhere to the terms outlined in the agreement has triggered this action.

The statement outlines the affected properties and further said they are subject to recovery within 14 days from the date of the notice, a correspondence titled REVOCATION OF PROVISIONAL SUB-LEASE OFFER signed by Ahmed Anuga Adeja Esq, Acting Company Secretary conveying the revocation added.

It is imperative that customers served the notice or yet to be served review the terms of their agreements and take appropriate action to remedy any outstanding issues to avoid further consequences.

In conclusion, the statement reiterates her commitment to upholding the terms of our agreements with their clients and ensuring fairness for all parties involved.
