FCT Area Councils Secretariat Constitutes Project Monitoring Committee

The FCT Area Councils Secretariat wants Area Councils to collaborate with its monitoring committee for good service delivery.

The Acting Secretary of the Secretariat, Mrs Lola Olanika, who was represented by the Director Planning, Research and Statistics, Mrs Sarah David made the call when the monitoring committee visited Kwali Area Council.

She emphasised the need for proper documentation of any executed project by the area council.

On his part, the Chairman Kwali Area Council Mr Danladi Chiya Kwali who was represented by the Vice Chairman, Alhaji Yakubu Mohammed assured that the area council would do everything possible to cooperate with the committee for better output.

The committee was constituted to go round the six area councils of the FCT to monitor their projects.
