NCAC Sets For 2023 INAC Expo

The National Council for Arts and Culture, NCAC, has created a Diplomatic Arena for all countries to showcase their unique cultural products during the 2023 International Arts and Crafts, INAC Expo in Abuja.

The Director General of NCAC, Otunba Segun Runsewe made this known at the 2023 Pre – INAC Dinner for Diplomats in Abuja

Otunba Runsewe said the move was in the spirit of Nigeria ‘s robust diplomatic relations, cultural understanding and exchanges.

“Let me state that I cannot take for granted the very strong and healthy relationship between members of the Diplomatic Community and the National Council for Arts and Culture and I will continue to guide it jealously and build on it with passion and commitment” He stated

According to him, the dinner has become a veritable platform for members of the Diplomatic Community to interact and exchange ideas on how INAC could be made richer and better.

The Director General of NCAC explained that this year’s INAC with the theme “Putting Nigeria First” is aimed at rekindling the spirit of patriotism and mobilize Nigerians towards building a greater nation.

“We shall build on the successes of 2023 edition and enrich the critical components of the programme sucks as country and state exhibitions, electronic spotlight on country’s unique cultural assets, investment roundtable, States and Countries days among others” Otunba stressed

He therefore solicited the support of all Diplomats towards the success of the 2023 INAC Expo

In a remark, the Dean of Diplomatic Community in Nigeria,l and High Commissioner of Cameroon to Nigeria, Salaheddine Ibrahima commended NCAC for being consistent in organizing the annual INAC Expo.

He therefore promised his country ‘s continuous participation and support to the Expo towards improving bilateral relationship with Nigeria.

Other Diplomats who spoke during the dinner also promised their participation and cooperation to the Expo to further enhance the growth of the cultural industry.
