Pastor Jide Akiode of the Redeemed Christain Church of God, Region 10 Abuja has called on Men not to allowthepresent economic situation in the country affect their responsibilities at home.
Addressing the opening of the 2023 Men’s Convention holding at RCCG Desire of Nations, Jabi Abuja, Pastor Akiode said high moral decadence and youth restiveness in the society could be attributed to parental lapses.
He emphasized that no matter the situation men should provide for the needs of their families and train their children with the fear of God.
According to him, Men must entrench Christain values and raise Godly children to bring about change in the society.
Also speaking, Pastor Mike Ayanbode of RCCG FCT Region 5 stressed the need for Men to adjust their financial expenditures to meet present realities in the country.
Pastor Ayanbode also admonished them to hold on to God as their supernatural provider as the country would bounce back stronger.
The Regional Coordinator Redeemed Men Fellowship, Abuja Pastor Paul Adebisi said the convention provided another opportunity for the church to remind Men of their responsibilities to their families and the church.
Pastor Adebisi explained that experts from different fields were invited to discuss on ways to cope with the present economic situation and healthy living.

The regional President, Pastor Michael Oluwole in his opening remarks said the convention with the theme “Unlocking God’s Blessings” was chosen to educate men on ways to use various available untapped potential for development.
