[01:00, 07/07/2023] Grace Madam: Zamfara State Governor, Dauda Lawal has signed an executive order for restructuring of government ministries and agencies.
The governor said the aim is to reduce the cost of governance as part of the mission agenda of his administration.
He explained that the move will also ensure effectiveness, functionality and avoid redundancy.
Governor Dauda Lawal stressed that, People of proven integrity and hard work will be appointed to man the ministries for enhanced governance that will develop the state in all ramifications.
He added that the restructuring among other things will create more opportunities and provide more jobs for the citizenry and solidify government operations.
To this end, the governor approved sixteen ministries and urged people of the state to support government policies and programmes, pray for his administration and for restoration peace and tranquility in the state.
