Withdraw Suit Against ADC

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has welcomed the dismissal of a suit filed by Dumebi Kachikwu and four others challenging the party’s leadership and membership structure. The ruling was delivered by Justice Joyce Abdulmalik of the Federal High Court, Abuja, who held that the matters raised in the suit concern the internal affairs of the party and are therefore non-justiciable.
