The head of Sudan's paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF), Mohammed Hamdan Dagalo (Hemedti), has pledged to support humanitarian organizations to deliver aid to those affected by the war.   Hemedti committed in a telephone conversation with the UN under-secretary-general for humanitarian affairs and emergency relief coordinator, Martin Griffins.   He said that RSF was ready to enhance "collaboration and coordination... to ensure a seamless provision of aid to those affected".
