The Chairman Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, Professor Joash Amupitan has urged all the Resident Electoral Commissioners, RECs in the Thirty Six States and the FCT to carry out adequate enlightenment on the Commission's activities to deepen voter engagement and confidence.
