A 24-year-old woman has died after a stray bullet aimed at a drug-dealing hotspot hit her in the head in her flat in the French city of Marseille. Thousands of people are feared dead after a powerful storm triggered devastating flooding in Libya. A 6.8 magnitude earthquake has struck central Morocco, killing at least 820 people and leaving several others injured.
