Voting In Progress In Kwali Area Council With Large Turnout Of Voters

Voting commenced as early as 8:30 a.m. in most polling units across Kwali area council, with a large turnout of voters.

Men and women were seen arriving at various polling centres in their numbers and participating peacefully in the electoral process.

The atmosphere across majority of the units visited remain calm and rancour free as exercise progresses.

Although a few polling units experienced minor technical issues with the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS), election officials responded promptly, and the challenges were resolved swiftly and voting in progress.
