65th Anniversary, A Reminder Of Nat’l Resilience, Better Future- Speaker

The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Dr Abbas Tajudeen, says the country’s 65th Independence Anniversary should serve as a reminder of national resilience and the promise of a better future.

In a congratulatory message in Abuja, Dr Abbas said Nigeria has overcome numerous trials since 1960 and remains blessed with resources to guarantee prosperity.

He urges Nigerians to unite beyond ethnic and religious divides, adding that the “Renewed Hope Agenda” of President Bola Tinubu sets the nation on a course for growth.

Dr Abbas said the House of Representatives will continue to push for laws that strengthen democracy and improve lives at the grassroots.

While congratulating Nigerians on the nation’s 65th independence anniversary, the Speaker urges citizens to remain steadfast and not lose faith despite ongoing economic and security challenges.
