Kapital FM 92.9 The Station that Rocks!
The All Progressive Congress chapter of Rivers State has called on the new National Chairman Professor Nentawe Yilwatda and other National working committee of the party Wade into the crisis of the state before conducting party primary election which is scheduled to hold very soon.
The state Factional chairman of the party, Chief Emeka Beke made the call while submitting some petitions surrounding the APC in the state at the Party’s National Headquarters in Abuja.
Chief Beke explained that the party is planning to conduct state primary election to elect party Executives while the party is having pending Court cases at the Rivers State High Court stressing that it is not good for the nation’s democratic principles.
He called for the suspension of the election until further notice for the party to settle its outstanding issues for peace and progress of the party in Rivers State.
Chief Beke also expressed the desire to work with the new National Chairman, Professor Nentawe and other leadership of the party for the growth of APC in the State.
