Sustain Vitues Of Sacrifice, Perseverance- Sefinat Ododo

Wife of the Governor of Kogi State, Hajiya Sefinat Ododo, has admonished the citizens to sustain the virtues of sacrifice and generosity exhibited during the fasting period.

The Governor’s Wife, who gave the advice in her Sallah message in Lokoja, congratulated the Muslim Ummah on this year’s Eid celebration.

While felicitating with the Faithfuls on the successful completion of the Ramadan fast, Hajiya Ododo said the period was a time of perseverance whose lessons must not be easily forgotten.

Mrs Ododo urged the people to celebrate in modesty, avoid acts inimical to peace and harmony and ensure good neighbourliness.

The Wife of the Governor appealed to women across the state to remain dedicated to excelling in their chosen endeavours and supporting their spouses with mutual respect.

She also urged the citizens of the state to continue to support the administration of Alhaji Usman Ododo for him to continually deliver on his promises to the people of the state.
