Special Adviser on Women Affairs to Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa, Dr. Seun Osamaye has expressed her heartfelt gratitude to the governor for appointing her and other women to the APC 2024 gubernatorial election campaign council.

In a statement in Abuja, Osamaye says the appointment is a significant milestone, demonstrating the governor’s commitment to empowering women in leadership positions.

According to her, by involving women in prominent roles, Governor Aiyedatiwa has send a powerful message about their capabilities and potential as leaders.

Dr. Osamaye emphasized that women’s inclusion in politics leads to more effective governance and better representation of diverse interests.

She also stressed the importance of acknowledging and appreciating women’s achievements in politics, encouraging greater participation and paving the way for future generations of women leaders.

As Co-Chairman Central of the Women Committee, Dr. Osamaye says she will bring her expertise in grassroots mobilization and community engagement to ensure the campaign reaches all corners of Ondo State.

“Her unique perspective as a woman will also provide valuable insights into engaging with women voters, a significant portion of the electorate.”

“The inclusion of Dr. Osamaye and other women in the campaign council reflects Governor Aiyedatiwa’s recognition of the importance of diverse perspectives in formulating comprehensive policies and strategies.”

“This move is expected to lead to more effective and inclusive governance, she said”.

Dr. Osamaye has vowed to justify the governor’s confidence, ensuring effective mobilization across the state for his victory in November as her efforts, along with those of the Odatiwa Women Initiatives, aim to empower and support women throughout the state.
