PBAT A Detribalized, Visionary Leader – SGF

todayMarch 29, 2025

Background

President Bola Tinubu has been described as a detribalized and visionary leader determined to reposition the country for a better future.

The Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Senator George Akume, made this assertion today during a special thanksgiving service to mark the 73rd birthday of President Bola Tinubu at the Methodist Cathedral of Unity, Wuse, Abuja.

Senator George Akume stated that within a short period, President Bola Tinubu has introduced initiatives and policies aimed at repositioning the country.

According to him, the Federal Government’s Renewed Hope programs are lifting the vulnerable out of poverty.

The SGF also explained that President Bola Tinubu is establishing specialized universities, providing solutions to longstanding challenges in the oil sector, and ensuring that the rule of law takes center stage in his administration.

He called on Nigerians to remain steadfast in praying for the President, as he is determined to remove every barrier to good governance in Nigeria and the West African subregion.

In a sermon, the Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Christian Pilgrim Commission NCPC, Bishop Stephen Adegbite, stated that in less than two years, President Tinubu has convinced the international community that Nigeria is now a viable destination for investment.

Bishop Stephen Adegbite reaffirmed the present administration’s resolve to promote religious harmony and treat all Nigerians equally, which, he said, has contributed to the prevailing peace and unity across the country.

Former Governor of Plateau State, Senator Simon Lalong, emphasized the need for Nigerians to intensify prayers for God to remove all forces working against the country’s progress.

The special birthday Thanksgiving service featured prayers for Mr. President and his family, while the Methodist women’s group rendered a special song to appreciate the administration’s commitment to women’s welfare.
