Zaura Bags Leadership Excellence Award

The Forum of Serving and Former Vice Chairmen of Local Government Areas, LGAs, in Kano State has honored Alhaji
Abdussalam Abdulkarim Zaura
with a Leadership Excellence Award, recognizing his exemplary leadership and commitment to the development of Kano and Nigeria.

Alhaji Zaura is a Nigerian Businessman, Philanthropist and Politician who has made significant contributions to his community.

The delegation, comprising representatives from LGAs across Kano State, praised Alhaji Zaura’s sacrifices for the welfare of others and his significant contributions to national progress, describing him as a compassionate and patriotic leader.

During the visit, which coincided with the beginning of Ramadan, Alhaji Zaura led prayers with the delegation and expressed gratitude to Allah for another Ramadan.

Zaura who is also the President AA Zaura Foundation, A non governmental Organization, prayed for peace, prosperity, and good health for Nigeria throughout the holy month and beyond.

The delegation’s support for Alhaji Zaura carried strong political significance, with over 60 serving and former local government leaders from all 44 LGAs in Kano endorsing his leadership.

This widespread endorsement highlighted his growing political influence and confidence in his ability to drive positive change in Kano’s political landscape.

He urged the people of Kano and Nigerians to remain steadfast, hopeful, and dedicated to overcoming challenges.

Zaura stressed the importance of unity and collective effort in tackling issues affecting both the state and the nation.

This visit cemented Alhaji Zaura’s standing as a key political figure in Kano, positioning him as a formidable force in the 2027 elections.

The endorsement demonstrated that leadership in Kano is defined not only by political achievements but also by spiritual integrity, unity, and a genuine commitment to the welfare of the people.
