Ajibade Named Atlético Madrid Player Of The Season

After having an impressive season with Spanish football club Atlético de Madrid Femenino, Super Falcons of Nigeria forward Rasheedat Ajibade has been awarded the club player of the season.

The 24 year-old had an impressive showing for the Madrid side in the 2023/24 Liga F season with eighteen (18) goal contributions scoring ten (10) goals and providing eight (8) assist. She scored the decisive goal against Villarreal to secure them a champions league spot.

The Former FC Robo attacker was on Wednesday voted the Player of the Season for her remarkable performance.

Rasheedat is expected  to bring her fine form to the Super Falcons as Nigeria look to have an impressive showing at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
