Students Interested In Education Loan Scheme Can Now Apply – FG

The Federal Government says Nigerian students interested in the students loan can now apply following the official launch of the app.

This is contained in a statement signed by the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Students Engagements, Comrade Sunday Asefon in Abuja.

It advises the Students to make judicious use of the education loan scheme.

“Education is the bedrock of development in any serious country and of course we must passionately guide the interest of making sure no student irrespective of his or her poor background be denied of quality education which is the passport to a greater future and the advancement of our country” he stresses.

“It is on this note, I admonish Nigerian Students to make judicious use of the opening of the Students Loan Scheme App that was officially launched today and ready for use by registering and submitting their applications”.

The statement appreciates President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for keeping to his campaign promise.

“I must also sincerely commend and appreciate the Nigerian Students and the Youth friendly President, His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu for keeping to one of his campaign promises by approving and making available this students loan scheme” Sunday adds.

“The loan is of high essence to relieve vulnerable students of their school fees payments and having easy access to funding. It is indeed a paradigm shift in our education sector” he states.

“The application is fully automated, which implies you do not need to meet anyone throughout the application process” the Presidential aid emphasizes.
