Aiyedatiwa Says Development Of Ondo Is Priority

The Ondo state Governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa says education , health, Agriculture and state welfare have been his utmost priority since assumption of office as the substantive chief executive of the Ondo state.

The Governor made this known at tge All Progressive Congress, APC national Secretariat in Abuja to submit the expression of interest and normniation forms to contest the primary election for continuationof his administration.

Governor Aiyedatiwa explained that on assumption of office the West Africa Examination Council registration fee of all qualified students in secondary Schools were paid to ensure that no child was deprived of the basic certificate.

According to Governor Aiyedatiwa, over twenty thousand school teachers have been employed to close the gap of lack of teachers in both state primary and secondary schools.

According to him, in the health sector, state hospitals have witnessed a face-lift in terms of modem equipment, renovations and availability of drugs.

The Ondo state Governor maintained that three new rural roads were under construction in each senatorial zone for easy access of agricultural products to the citizens.

Governor Aiyedatiwa also said that all the back logs of civil servants salaries have been cleared, including gratuities of retirees to put smiles on faces of the citizens.

He called on those contesting the number one position of the state to see election as a game of luck, and development of Ondo state as Paramount instead of selfish interest for the generations unborn.
