Insecurity : Kwali Residents Seek Wike’s Intervention

The Federal Capital Territory Administration, FCTA, has been urged to intervene in the insecurity challenges confronting residents of Kwali Area Council.

Chairman of the Council, Mr Danladi Chiya made the appeal in Kwali Abuja during a town hall security meeting presided over by the Minister of the FCT, Mr Nyeson Wike.

Mr Chiya who expressed concern over incessant cases of banditry, kidnapping and other insecurity challenges in the area solicited logistics and equipment in tackling the problem.

Responding, Minister of the FCT, Mr Nyesom Wike promised to provide all the needed equipment to security agencies towards combating insecurity in the area.

Mr Wike called for the support of residents towards overcoming the challenges of insecurity.
