Peace, Unity Veritable Tools For Nation Building – Deinma

Peace and unity have been described as veritable tools for nation building.

Chairman of the Ijaw youth Council Abuja chapter, Mr Emmanuel Deinma stated this in Abuja while addressing members of the council on the importance of living together as one indivisible entity.

Mr Deinma stressed the need for them to embrace peaceful coexistence and cooperate with the present administration for sustainability of the Amnesty program by the federal government.

He also appealed to the Ijaw youths to continue to support the leadership of Rtd Major General Barry Ndiomu as Administrator of the Amnesty Programme, in enhancing the welfare of the people of the region.

Mr Deinma commended Major General Ndiomu for paying the backlog of students’ school fees in the area amongst other interventions.

The Ijaw youth Council Chairman, warmed them to desist from any act capable of causing crisis as the association would join hands with security agents to ensure that the law takes its course.
