Empoli defender Tyronne Ebuehi and Umar Sadiq will be replacements for Taiwo Awoniyi and Ola Aina ahead of the the Super Eagles’ international friendly games against Saudi Arabia and Mozambique.
Awoniyi and Aina, who play for Nottingham Forest in the English Premier League, will miss the friendly matches due to injuries.
Both players initially included in the 25-man squad unveiled by Jose Peseiro last Monday.
They did not feature in Forest’s goalless draw away to Crystal Palace on Saturday.

Before the game at Selhurst Park, their manager Steve Cooper revealed that Awoniyi will be out for up to one month with groin injury.
Awoniyi has scored three goals in seven league appearances while Aina has made five outings in the English topflight.
The Nigerians’ have both been exceptional for Forest, winning 2 player of the month awards.
Awoniyi won the player and goal of the month for August, while Aina won player of the month for September.
The Super Eagles will first take on Saudi Arabia on 13 October before facing Mozambique on October 16, with both games holding in Portugal.
