Hajiya Umma El-Rufa’i A Distinguished Community Leader, Devoted Mother – Nenadi Usman

The National Chairman of the Labour Party, Senator Nenadi Usman, has described the late Hajiya Umma El-Rufai as a distinguished community leader and a devoted mother who lived a life of dignity, compassion, and service to humanity.

Senator Usman made the remark when she paid a condolence visit to the former Kaduna State Governor, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai, over the passing of his mother.

She conveyed the sympathies of the Labour Party and prayed for God’s comfort for the family.

In his response, Mallam El-Rufai appreciated the visit and recalled his mother’s steadfast faith and her final moments in Cairo, describing her passing as a personal but fulfilled loss.

A special prayer session was also held, led by the National Treasurer, Alhaji Hamisu Santuraki, for the peaceful repose of the late matriarch.

Those in the entourage of the Chairman includes National Treasurer Alhaji Hamisu Santuraki, National Organising Secretary Arc. Chinelo Ofoche, National Youth Leader, Comrade Anslem Eragbe, Senior Special Adviser (Media) Ken Eluma Asogwa, businessman Prince Etienne Feuba-Ketcha, and others.
