Business and official activities in the six Area Councils of the Federal Capital Territory were today paralysed as the Council’s workers stayed off their duty posts.
Correspondent Mathew Ayoola who visited some of the Area Council Secretariats reports that the area council workers are embarking on a solidarity strike with their counterparts in Kuje Area Council who allegedly have not received their)ast month’s salary.
According to him, the solidarity strike is expected to last for one day.
