APC Inaugurates Board Of Governing Council For Progressive Institute

The All Progressives Congress, APC says the party will continue to work hard in ensuring that the nation’s democracy thrives .

The National Chairman of the Party, Professor Nentawe Yilwatda stated this while inaugurating the Governing Council of the Progressive Institute established for training and research for political office holders and other elected leaders of the party for effective representation while in office.

The APC National Chairman explained that the institute would ensure that the party’s policies and strategies gets attention as well educate members on quality leadership.

Professor Nentawe who commended President Ahmed Tinubu for the vision of establishing the institute noted that training, research and relevant consultancies would go a long way in ensuring that the dividends of democracy gets to the grass roots.

Responding, the Director General of the Institute, Dr. Lanre Adebayo thanked the All Progressives Congress APC for finding them worthy to be part of developmental efforts in entrenching democratic values.

The Director General also promised to work hard to actualize the set objectives of establishing the training institute.
