FCT : Low Turnout Of Voters At Area One

At Area 1, most of the polling units visited recorded low turn out of voters.

Though voting has commenced, voters failed to turn up.

In an interview with Kapital fm, some residents attributed the low turn out of voters to the withdrawal of candidates in the race.

They however appealed to the Federal government to create more awareness to guard against voter apathy in subsequent elections in the country.
