Transcorp Hilton Abuja Boosts Safety With Emergency Drill

The Transcorp Hilton Abuja has carried out an unannounced fire drill as part of efforts to boost safety and emergency response at the hotel.

The exercise, held on 19 February 2026, was conducted in partnership with the Federal Fire Service.

In a statemen, the Hotel management said the simulation forms part of a structured safety programme designed to ensure a high level of emergency preparedness and effective coordination with relevant authorities.

” The drill demonstrated its commitment to the safety and wellbeing of guests and staff, and apologised for any disruption the exercise may have caused.

The development comes days after the hotel hosted a Valentine’s weekend promotion across its rooms and restaurants.

As preparations begin for the Holy Month of Ramadan and Lent, the management reassured guests of a safe, serene and memorable stay.

“We appreciate the understanding of our guests and apologise for any inconvenience the exercise may have caused,” the management added.
