APC Flags-off E- Registration For Members Nationwide

In a significant measure to achieve a transparent and credible polls ahead of the FCT Area Councils and general election, the All Progressives Congress APC, has Flagged-Off E-registration for its members across the the 36 states of the Federation including the FCT.

Speaking at the Flag-Off ceremony in Abuja, the Minister of Special Duties and Inter-Govermental Affairs Hon. Zephaniah Bitrus Jisalo who is also the APC leader in the FCT, said the seamless exercise was aimed at identifying members of the party across the federation

“As you can see we have come here to register ourselves and as the APC leader in FCT, i have just been registered with my print out receipt handed over to me for proper identification.”

“I am grateful for the mandate and responsibility assigned to me as the leader of the party in FCT. I assure that I will do the best i can to lead our party to an enviable height by delivering the dividends of democracy to all.”

“Our party requires discipline from the Wards, Local Government and State, let’s respect each other, remain united to achieve a collective result in the interest of our dear party.”

“I want to commend our party’s National Chairman and all the Exco members who came up with a policy to identify who is who in the party and by so doing victory is guaranteed as President Bola Tinubu has given us enabling environment to achieve the desired results.”

On her part, the Minister of state for FCT, Dr Mariya Mamoud explained that the exercise is timely for proper identification of all APC bonafide members to achieve the needed results as the FCT Area Councils and general election draws closer.

“I am pleased to be part of this symbolic, historic and memorable occasion been the Flag-Off of E-registration of our great and ruling party APC been the largest in Africa.”

“I want to commend the leadership of APC for this great initiative and the leader of the party in FCT, Hon Zephaniah Jisalo who was the first to register.’

“The exercise is seamless because within the shortest period of time many people would been registered, so I urge all members to come out enmass to exercise their franchise come the Area Councils and the general election.

Earlier, the Chairman Abuja Municipal Area Council, AMAC, Hon. Christopher Maikalangu said the E-registration would be extended to all local governments and wards of the FCT to achieve the desired results in the coming Area Council polls.

“As you can see today that all our members are happy with the development, the exercise has commenced in the state and we are going down to all local governments and wards to register all members.”

“We welcome all other party members that want to join us.I am happy with the entire process it’s very fast that in less than 2 minutes they are done, printed out and issued.”
