Balance Career Success With Spiritual Commitment – Mrs Ndukuba

The President Anglican Mothers’ Union and Women’s Guild,
Mrs Angela Ndukuba has called on Career women to support and mentor young mothers to enable them to contribute meaningfully to national development.

She made the call at a seminar organized by the Abuja Diocesan Anglican Professional Women with the theme “Balancing Career Success with Spiritual Commitment.

Mrs Ndukuba who was represented by the Vice President Mothers Union, Wuse Archdeconry, Dr Chioma Onuoha said the forum was organized to encourage women into meaginiful ventures and at the same time raise godly homes for a better society.

The guest speaker and a retired executive director NNPCL, Mrs. Christy Onabu stressed the need for women to understand that their career is a calling and, therefore, utilize it in a manner that would please God and impact on humanity positively.

Earlier in an address, the coordinator of the group, Mrs Patience 6 the program
was designed to balance ambition and devotion as virtuous women with four cardinal objectives of spiritual practice in the workplace, work-life balance, faith driven leadership, as well as networking and support.

While explaining the four Cardinal objectives, Mrs Patience Okoye stressed that “Spiritual Practice in the Workplace should be intentionally embedded in faith into our daily professional lives and ensuring that work reflects God’s excellence, time Management and creating Space for God and Growth.”
