Appointment Of Service Chiefs Reflect Merit, Regional Balance — Kalu

Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mr Benjamin Kalu, has commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on the appointment of Air Vice Marshal S.K. Aneke as Chief of Air Staff.

He also congratulated the new Chief of Air Staff and all the Service Chiefs on their appointments.

In a statement in Abuja by his Chief Press Secretary,
Levinus Nwabughiogu, Mr Kalu said that the appointments reflect President Tinubu’s commitment to merit and regional representation.

Commending the President’s dedication to national security and development, the Deputy Speaker expressed confidence that the new service chiefs would work tirelessly to ensure the safety and security of the nation.

He also urged Nigerians to support the present administration in its quest to build a more prosperous and secure country.

Kalu enjoined the new Chief of Air Staff and the other Service Chiefs to be diligent and result oriented in ridding the country of insecurity and terrorism.

He also prayed that God would grant them the wisdom and strength to carry out their duties effectively.
