FRCN Announces Appointments, Redeployments In N/Central Zone

The Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria, FRCN, has announced new appointments and redeployments across its North Central Zonal Headquarters and FM stations.

A statement by the Deputy Director of Administration in the zone, Mallam Nma Ibrahim says that Mr.Shimataver Aondoakaa has been appointed General Manager of Harvest FM, Makurdi, Benue State, while Mrs. Christiana Odeh who was the former General Manager has been redeployed to the Zonal Headquarters in Lafia as Deputy Director of the Programmes.

According to the statement, Mr. Alfa Yakubu is now the General Manager of Prime FM, Lokoja, while Mr. Adeiza Momoh Jimoh the former manager moves to the Zonal Headquarters as Deputy Director, News and Current Affairs.

The statement also says the appointment of Mrs. Binta Abubakar Mora has been confirmed as General Manager of Harmony FM, Idofian, Ilorin, Kwara State.

It says the General Manager of Highland FM Jos Patience Jatau and that of Precious FM Lafia, Ibrahim Abimiku retain their positions.

The statement says the Zonal Director, North Central Mallam Haruna Idris on behalf of the Director General of FRCN, Dr Mohammed Bulama congratulates the appointees and urges them to bring their wealth of experience to bear in advancing the corporation’s goals.
