Girls Auxiliary Of FCT Baptist Conference In High Spirits To Shine For Jesus Christ

Girls Auxiliary, G A, from all Baptist Churches under the FCT Baptist Conference are currently in camp for the 2025 Prayer Retreat /Annual Conference Camp, Centenary Celebration and Recognition/Coronation Service.

The G A Members who are in high spirit to shine for Jesus Christ during the 3 days programme with the theme ” Help Through Waiting And Watching” have already assembled at Nasara Baptist Church, in Karu Abuja.

The essence of the 3-day event is to further ensure the spiritual growth of young girls in the FCT Baptist Conference.

Camp Pastor, WMU President and Director as well as G A Director from the FCT Baptist Conference are already on ground to grace the occasion.

In a message ahead of the conference, the Minister in charge of First Baptist Church, Gwagwalada Abuja, Reverend Deji Oyelami admonished members of Girls Auxiliary of FCT Baptist Conference to pay attention to the lessons of the 3-days programme to be better home builders and good examples for the betterment of the society.

Reverend Deji Oyelami who expressed concern over the attitude of some christian young girls, also enjoined them to always imbibe the teachings of Jesus Christ and be shining examples among their contemporaries.

While stressing the need for them to give priority to their educational development, the Baptist Cleric equally urged them to shun acts that could hinder the purpose of God in their lives.

Reverend Deji Oyelami, who wished the Girls Auxiliary a blessed and successful conference, emphasized the need for all participants to put into practice the lessons of the 3-day conference.
