Security Key To National Development- Edo Central Senatorial Aspirant

The Edo Central Senatorial aspirant under the All Progressive Congress, APC, Chief Joseph Ikpea Igiagbe, says security of his people will be his priority if elected.

The aspirant stated this in Abuja after submitting the interest and nomination form to contest in the senatorial bye election to replace the incumbent Governor Mr Monday Okpebholo at the Red Chamber.

Chief Igiagbe who explained that no senatorial zone would develop without adequate security of the area, stressed that if given the opportunity insecurity in Edo Central would be a thing of the past.

He stressed that after tackling insecurity, other areas of focus are infrastructure, agriculture, and adequate healthcare for the people.

Chief Igiagbe, however, said his developmental agenda would continue from where Senator Okpebholo stopped before taking over the Governorship seat.

He used the opportunity to commend the ruling of the Supreme Court over the Edo Governorship election.
