Echegini, brought on in the dying moments of the second half, couldn’t find a breakthrough as the game ended in a goalless draw after regulation time. The tension soared as the final went to a penalty shootout.

In the nerve-wracking shootout, Nnadozie’s brilliance shone through. While Clara Matéo was the only Paris FC player to miss her spot-kick, PSG faltered with misses from Jade Le Guilly and Korbin Albert. Ultimately, Paris FC clinched the Coupe De France title.
Nevertheless, the cup victory provides a silver lining for Paris FC, who had earlier faced disappointment in their UEFA Women’s Champions League qualification campaign for the 2024/25 season. For Nnadozie, this adds a significant achievement to her burgeoning career, while Echegini and PSG will have to rue the missed opportunity in this all-Parisian final.
With the two penalty saves against PSG to lift the league cup in France. Nnadozie sends her clean sheet tally to 12. She has been nominated for goalkeeper of the year in France.
