Speaker Condemns Recent Attacks In Plateau

The Speaker of House of Representatives Speaker, Dr Abbas Tajudeen, has strongly condemned the recent attacks in Plateau State that killed at least 50 people.

In a statement in Abuja by his Senior Special Adviser on Media and Publicity Musa Abdullahi, Dr Abbas expresses deep concern over the killings, describing them as “barbaric and brutal”.

He calls for decisive action from security agencies to apprehend the perpetrators echoing the President’s directive to security agencies to investigate the killings and bring those responsible to justice.

Dr Abbas extends his condolences to the people and government of Plateau State over the tragic loss of lives.
