The statement enjoins Muslims to use the period of Ramadan to strengthen their faith and relationship with God, engage in acts of ibadah, show compassion, and extend generosity to the less privileged.

As the holy month of Ramadan dawns upon us, I extend my heartfelt greetings to Muslim ummahs and all Nigerians. This sacred time is a moment for reflection, spiritual growth and a time to extend love to our fellow compatriots” Prince Audu adds.

According to the statement Ramadan encourages muslims to embrace kindness, charity, and the spirit of togetherness.

Let us take this time to reaffirm our commitment to uplifting those in need, fostering compassion, and building bridges of understanding and unity within our families and communities” the Minister stresses.

It emphasizes that the holy month also allows faithfuls to renew their faith in Almighty Allah and seek forgiveness while increasing our prayers.

The holy month also allows us to renew our faith in Almighty Allah and seek forgiveness while increasing our prayers. So, remain steadfast in your spiritual discipline as you draw nearer to Almighty Allah”

“Let us in this holy season pray for hope, peace, and progress for our beloved country Nigeria, and our President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, who has continued to demonstrate great commitment to making Nigeria a great nation”.

“May this Ramadan be a time of renewal, forgiveness and reflection for each of us, and may we be granted the strength to emerge from it with a renewed commitment to serve one another and our great nation.”
