FCCPC Restates Commitment To Strengthening Compliance, Protecting Consumers

The Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, FCCPC, has reiterated its determination towards strengthening compliance and protecting Nigerian Consumers in all sectors of the nation’s economy.

The Commission stated this in its post shared on X while engaging the banking sector in Lagos as part of its sector by sector Roundtable Compliance Engagements, to foster dialogue for a fairer financial landscape.

The key focus areas included empowering stakeholders with compliance knowledge, strengthening self-regulation and consumer protection, and addressing sector-specific challenges.
