AA Urges Nigerians To Shun Electoral Malpractices

The National Chairman of Action Alliance, Mr. Kenneth Udeze has urged Nigerians to resist attempts by politicians to engage them in electoral malpractices and violence.

Speaking at the party’s National Convention in Abuja, Mr Udeze emphasized the importance of looking beyond financial inducements and supporting credible candidates.

The convention adopted several key resolutions, including amendment to the party’s constitution and a vote of confidence in the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). and its boss, Professor Mahmood Yakubu for remaining neutral in handling the affairs of AA against all odds.

At the Convention, Mr, Udeze’s tenure as National Chairman was extended by 24 months, along with other executives.

In his acceptance speech, Mr, Udeze pledged to stabilize the party, attract new members, and harness its potential for future elections.

Mr. John Enemari, a delegate from Benue State, commended Mr, Udeze’s leadership style and pledged his support.

The event was attended by party members across the federation and a representative from INEC.
