Radio Nigeria Staff Bags Chieftaincy Tittle

A Staff of Radio Nigeria, Abuja Operations, Mr Muhammad Bitrus Baba has been coronated as the Mai Angwan, Kaida Road, Phase Two, Old Kutunku in Gwagwalada Area Council of the FCT.

Speaking during the Coronation, Mallam Mr Bitrus Baba thanked the residents of the community for the confidence reposed in him to serve them as the Mai Angwan.

“I want to thank the people in this community for finding me worthy of this leadership responsibility and I promise not to disappoint them in the discharge of my duty ” Mr Bitrus Baba stated.

He promised to use his experience and wealth of knowledge to bring development’ to the community and ensure productive representation of the area.

Mr Bitrus Baba therefore solicited the support of all residents of the community to enable him succeed.

“As the Mai Angwan, I’m soliciting for their support to enable me succeed and to ensure the progress of the community therefore I need their prayers at all times to enable us reap the benefits of the community” He added

In a remark, the President of Radio Nigeria Abuja Multipurpose Cooperative Society, Mr Zachariah Gimba who congratulated Mr Muhammad Bitrus Baba on his coronation advised him to be transparent and embrace justice and fairness in his leadership in the community.

Mr Gimba also stressed the need for the new Mai Angwan to always put God first in his quest to reposition the community for better

The coronation which was attended by colleagues, friends, family members and Associates featured special prayer for the new Mai Angwan.
