FG Commits To Advancing Water Security, Sanitation Facilities

The federal government has reaffirmed its commitment in advancing water security and sanitation facilities across the country.

This is contained in a new year message signed by the minister of Water Resources and Sanitation, Professor Terlumun Utsev in Abuja.

According to the statement, the past year witnessed remarkable progress in the ministry’s mission to ensure access to safe water, improved sanitation, and sustainable management of water resources across the nation.

It adds that those achievements were made possible through the unwavering dedication of management team, stakeholders, partners, and the resilient spirit of Nigerians.

“As we step into 2025, we reaffirm our commitment to advancing water security and sanitation access for all.Together, we will continue to address the challenges in the sector with innovative solutions, stronger partnerships, and a renewed focus on serving our communities effectively” Professor Utsev states.

“Let us work hand in hand to create a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable future for our nation,” the Minister Emphasizes.
